We’ll start with a brief conversation about your pain, history, and goals. You’ll have privacy to get on the table, and your therapist will check in throughout the session to make sure pressure and focus areas feel right for you.
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly with plenty of coaching. We offer modifications for every movement so you can work at a pace and intensity that feels safe for your body.
For massage, wear comfortable clothing and undergarments you feel relaxed in; you’ll be draped appropriately at all times. For classes, wear breathable athletic clothing and clean training shoes or grippy socks, depending on the class.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee so we can respect everyone’s time, including other clients waiting for spots.
